Exchange & Return Policy

No Exchanges for Hygiene Reasons

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any items once they have been delivered.

Factory Defects

Exchanges or store credit will only be considered in cases of a verified factory defect.

Defect claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Approved claims will be eligible for store credit or an exchange of the same item.

Courier & Handling Damages

We are not responsible for any damages caused by courier services during transit or by neglect, misuse, or failure to properly care for the item after delivery.
